GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Posses at least Diploma / Degree in any related discipline
2. Current CGPA 2.75 and above
3. Good IT and MS Office skills
4. Good in Malay and English ( spoken & written )
5. Highly-motivated, confident and able to work independently
6. Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
7. Active in co-curricular activities (society, clubs etc)


GUIDELINE AND PROCEDURE

1. Practical student will attach to department based on their qualification and skill, but it depends on availability. There is interview session for practical candidate before acceptance.
2. Need 16 practical students consistently
3. Each practical student will report to their supervisor (head of department)
4. Responsibility / job scope as below:
• System
- Assisting develop Management Information System (MIS)
- Email administration
- Technical support / PC maintenance
- Maintain networking / server

• Multimedia
- Daily Update on portal
- Develop multimedia presentation – programs’ launching and opening ceremony
- Develop sub website for program or activities
- Support promotion on event – develop e-bulletin, advertisement and announcement in web
