Industrial Skills Enhancement Program: Customer Care Management

ATCEN Sdn Bhd is a people development organization. We are currently conducting the Ministry of Finance funded program - Industrial Skills Enhancement Program Customer Care Management Program (INSEP: CCM).

There will be 3 parties involved for this Program. The Penang Skills Development Center (PSDC) has been appointed by the Federal Government to oversee this program; ATCEN is the appointed regional partner offering this program and a corporate body as the Attachment Partner (for industrial attachment).

This program is of great benefit to Malaysian Degree Graduates as it focuses on enhancing the graduate’s ability to speak and communicate better. The objective of INSEP is to train our Malaysian graduates to be able to take up jobs in various sectors that need competent employees. The graduates attend this program for free.

Criteria's to qualified for this program:

  1. Must be a Degree holder graduating in 2006 and 2007 (Degree Holders from any background)
  2. Must have no or little work experience after graduation
  3. Must be a Malaysian
  4. Able to speak English well

This program is 5 months and selected graduates will undergo 2 months of training and 3 months of industrial attachment with a leading corporate organization. In the 2 months corporate training, the students will undergo the following training:

  • Communication English
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Certified Customer Care Management

Thereafter the students will undergo another 3 months intensive industrial attachment. Graduates from this program have worked in companies such as Amanah Raya Berhad, Aeroklass Agilent, DELL, HP, OCBC Bank, Maxis and Telekom. Many continued as full time employees of these companies after their industrial attachment.

During the entire duration of the program (5 months), the students in the program will be paid RM500.00 per month (by MOF) to attend the class and industrial attachment.

We will be starting a new batch of students on the 3rd December 2007 in Kuala Lumpur. Only 25 graduates will be selected to join this program.

We would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in publicizing this program to fresh graduates (2006 and 2007) who have graduated and are looking for employment.
