The second stage of the project will need to enhance and stabilize current CPI web-based tracking

The third stage of the project will need to generate a web-based survey form

1) To understand the business requirement and generate a survey form
2) Able to compile a full summary of the survey form

Job requirement: The trainee must complete at least 2nd year degree. Trainee must at least have the following requirement

1) Any database language (SQL,excess...)
2) Visual asp.net ( C++ language)
3) Project Management

Allowance : RM25 per day and food subsidy RM1.50 per day.

Graphic Designer, the students should have the following knowledge:

a) Adobe Creative Suite (CS) which encompasses Adobe PhotoShop, InDesign and Illustrator will be needed. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator 10, QuarkXPress and Macromedia Flash FrontPage and GoLive would also be an advantage;

b) System environment will be working on a PC platform, but knowledge of both Mac OS X and PC’s operating systems would be advantageous.

c) Good in using search engine and web to obtain references.

d) Proficient level (min of 50 wpm) of typing copy into the display adverts would be advantageous to any applicant although not a prerequisite.

e) Excellent written and spoken English (USA and English), to ensure understanding of copy instructions, product, services and contact details.


Technical Support for systems and networking, we would require the student to perform the following functions.


a) Rewiring and labelling network and power cables

b) Assist in Inventory and Stock taking

c) Scanning Documents, licenses, etc into pdf documents

d) PC installs, admin & restores, troubleshooting

e) Virus cleanups if any

f) Burn backup items into CD/DVDs(VMs, DRP, etc)

g) Assist in general pc/user technical support

h) Assist in maintaining Server & Technical Room cleanliness

i) Print IT documentation, bind and store

j) Assist in General equipment like printers, phones, photocopier.


Especially for Graphic Designer, we have the intention if they perform well during their internship, to consider taking them in on contract basis.

Industrial Skills Enhancement Program: Customer Care Management

ATCEN Sdn Bhd is a people development organization. We are currently conducting the Ministry of Finance funded program - Industrial Skills Enhancement Program Customer Care Management Program (INSEP: CCM).

There will be 3 parties involved for this Program. The Penang Skills Development Center (PSDC) has been appointed by the Federal Government to oversee this program; ATCEN is the appointed regional partner offering this program and a corporate body as the Attachment Partner (for industrial attachment).

This program is of great benefit to Malaysian Degree Graduates as it focuses on enhancing the graduate’s ability to speak and communicate better. The objective of INSEP is to train our Malaysian graduates to be able to take up jobs in various sectors that need competent employees. The graduates attend this program for free.

Criteria's to qualified for this program:

  1. Must be a Degree holder graduating in 2006 and 2007 (Degree Holders from any background)
  2. Must have no or little work experience after graduation
  3. Must be a Malaysian
  4. Able to speak English well

This program is 5 months and selected graduates will undergo 2 months of training and 3 months of industrial attachment with a leading corporate organization. In the 2 months corporate training, the students will undergo the following training:

  • Communication English
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Certified Customer Care Management

Thereafter the students will undergo another 3 months intensive industrial attachment. Graduates from this program have worked in companies such as Amanah Raya Berhad, Aeroklass Agilent, DELL, HP, OCBC Bank, Maxis and Telekom. Many continued as full time employees of these companies after their industrial attachment.

During the entire duration of the program (5 months), the students in the program will be paid RM500.00 per month (by MOF) to attend the class and industrial attachment.

We will be starting a new batch of students on the 3rd December 2007 in Kuala Lumpur. Only 25 graduates will be selected to join this program.
